If you're planning to sign to guarantee the appearence of an arrestee we provide a detailed explanation of the obligations and requirements of an indemnitor/co-signer (the person signing to guarantee the bail bond) as well as copies of all signed documents. Receipts for collateral and any money paid will also be given to the indemnitor.

Our dedicated service to you continues even after the bail bond has been posted and your loved one has be released from jail. Bail Bond Agents are always available to answer any of your questions regarding court dates, general court procedures, or any other concerns you may have.
